How to activate your prepaid Smart/ Talk n Text international text roaming?
Via SMS
Just type ROAM ON and send it to 333.
Via WEB
Log-in to www.smart.com.ph/connect. For first time users, please register your account first. (Once logged-in, if asked what you would like to do, select "Browse Web Connect Services" from the options.)
Select SERVICES from the left sidebar menu.
Select International Roaming and Activate this service option.
Via SIM SETTINGS MENU
Go to the SMART Menu.
Choose SIM Settings (or SIM Connect).
Select Roam to activate your international roaming service.
Prepaid international text roaming allows you to send and receive SMS messages and SMS VAS but disables your voice features. Original subscriber profile shall only be restored upon feature deactivation.

how to activate roam sim card while abroad, even i had already balance of P120?
no chance at all. roaming sim cards should be activate 1 hour before leaving the country.the only way is to buy a ready roaming sim in your place, maybe some filipinos are selling that kind of sim or if you dont want to lose your old number send back your sim in the Philippines and let your family activate the roaming services and then send it back to you.
my talk&text roaming is expired maybe 2 years ago before expired now i like to register again im here kingdom of saudi arabia how to regiter it?.
why its not possible to activate or register the roaming sim card here in abroad?

This is SO CLEAR AS CRYSTAL... just follow the instructions and you must have internet so you will be able to activate roaming... Believe me I tried it myself already.
