Annabelle Rama threw invectives at Nadia Montenegro in front of fiscal

Annabelle Rama was fuming mad during and after the clarificatory hearing of the case filed against her by Nadia Montenegro.

Annabel shouted and cursed Nadia sabay walk out.

From the video you could hear the word "sinungaling", " baboy" etc.

Nadia said that the main reason why her two children were crying is because Annabel Rama managed to belittle, yell and cursed and threatened to slap her in front of her kids, Fiscal Liezl Aquiatan- Morales and their lawyers during the clarificatory hearing of the child abuse and defamation complaints that she filed against Annabel Rama.

Annabel Rama on the other hand said that Nadia is an ingrate and a liar. 

In an interview by pep.ph, Annabelle Rama said she flared up when Nadia Montenegro allegedly lied in front of the fiscal. 

The clarificatory hearing is being held to iron out details about the case based on the complaint of Nadia Montenegro. The fiscal reviews facts material to the case to determine the merit of the complaint or lack thereof.

Interviewed by reporters outside of the fiscal’s office, Annabelle said: “Kasi sinungaling siya, e. Deny siya nang deny sa fiscal. Tapos parang dinidiin niya ako. Sabi ko, ‘Magsabi ka ng totoo sa fiscal, wag kang magsinungaling!

“Ako na ang sumagot! Kasi mga tanong kasi ni fiscal, hindi niya masagot-sagot…. Sinungaling siya!”

“Sabi ko, ‘Bayaran mo ang utang mo sa akin!’ (Sabi niya) wala siyang utang. Kapal ng mukha niya!

When asked how the incident would affect their case, Annabelle’s lawyer, Atty. Derrick Delegencia, said it is up to the fiscal to appreciate what transpired. 

They will be filing their counter-affidavit next week.

  
I don't know either of them but I think we should be more respectful inside hearings.  Just my two cents.  Don't you think? No one is above the law. Sabagay if I am on the shoes of Annabel di ko rin alam baka ganun din and maging reaction ko lalo na allegedly sanay mangloko ng tao yun isa.

Annabelle Rama was fuming mad during and after the clarificatory hearing of the case filed against her by Nadia Montenegro.

Erstwhile friends talent manager Annabelle Rama and actress Nadia Montenegro turned bitter enemies.

Their quarrel has turned to worse as Nadia Montenegro filed charges against the controversial talent manager, who is the mother of actress Ruffa Gutierrez and actors Raymond and Richard Gutierrez, before the Quezon City Prosecutors Office.
 
The case slapped on Rama are child abuse and defamation complaints.
 
Rama had asked the prosecutor’s office to dismiss the case against her due to what she said was lack of basis and insufficient evidence.
 
Montenegro also charged Rama with defamation for allegedly circulating rumors that one of her daughters had a sexually transmitted disease and the other had been raped.

Recently, the former actress Montenegro charged Rama with libel and unjust vexation for calling her “piggy” ( Baboy) in her Twitter account. She also alleged that Rama announced over the social networking site that she had an affair with another man and that she could not pay her debts.

Montenegro filed a child abuse complaint against Rama last September 30 for allegedly making her children who are minors, work for more than 40 hours, in violation of the Anti-Child Abuse Act.
She said Rama failed to protect the interests of her children by making them work even during school hours.

She said Rama gave the impression that the network required the children to work.
 
She also accused Rama of making her two daughters wear adult and sexually suggestive clothes and attend social events that exposed her kids to situations and circumstances that were prejudicial to their morals.

In a 17-page counter affidavit, Rama said her role as talent manager of Montenegro’s daughters Anykha and Alyana is only to get jobs for the children, aged 15 and 17.
 
She said Montenegro, being the “guardian” and mother of the two, has the authority to accept or decline the offered TV projects or appearances and to agree on their working hours.
 
She also said Montenegro is provided with the taping schedules of her children’s TV appearances.
 
Montenegro’s kids signed a five-year managerial contract with Annabel Rama in April last year.
 
Earlier today December 6, 2011 at around 8:30 a.m. there was a clarificatory hearing of Nadia's case against Annabel regarding falsification of documents with Fiscal Perfecto Lawrence D. Chua-Cheng V.

Annabel Rama submitted a sworn counter-affidavit and Nadia Montenegro requested for the NBI to examine the original copy of the management contracts of her children with Annabel Rama. No untoward incident occurred here.

Then they transferred to Fiscal Liezl Aquiatan-Morales for the clarificatory hearing of the child abuse and libel case. 

The media were not permitted inside the room. Only Annabel, Nadia and her 2 kids and their respective lawyers were allowed inside.

After a few minutes the media heard Annabel shouting and cursing Nadia in Tagalog.

RHIAN RAMOS OFFICIAL STATEMENT

 “I think more than what the people have seen"

"I’ve been hurt over a longer period of time unnecessarily"

"and I think undeserved "

"I just hope to be able to put an end to that so that hopefully I could move on"

Those were the tearful statement of Rhian Ramos before she was cut short by her lawyer Atty. Lorna Kapunan.

Saying that she hopes everybody would move on and even the media should move on.

Ironically, Atty. Lorna Kapunan was Hayden Kho's lawyer against Katrina Halili during their sex video scandal case. (The case was dismissed eventually.)

Rhian Ramos declined to answer questions on the issue from the media. 

But her lawyer said that will be done in due time. 

An official statement will come out very soon.

Meanwhile Rhian’s mother Clara Ramos revealed that despite the devastating controversy, Rhian is “okay and functioning properly.” She thanked Rhian’s supporters for giving her strength.

“We really appreciate you guys, all the fans, supporters of Rhian, nakakataba ng puso na nandiyan kayo to be at her side, and giving her love. Thank you so much,” Clara said.

Rhian’s Mom also shared the irritation they’re feeling due to the abortion allegations.

“Siyempre, malungkot siya ano? Talagang it’s devastating. I’m glad that she’s able to be okay and function properly naman,” sabi niya.

Nagpahayag din si Mrs. Ramos ng matinding inis sa mga pahayag na isa sa dahilan ng umano’y abortion ni Rhian ay ang pressure ng kanyang pamilya.

“Natural lang na nakakainis na pati kami nadaramay. Merong mga bagay na sinasabi na pabigla-bigla…

“Of course, in this family, we’re all in this together.”

Interesting fact : Rhian’s mom is annoyed that their family is being put in a bad light because they’ve supposedly pressured Rhian to get an abortion, again, no denial on the abortion.

Rhian’s appeal for a temporary protection order will legally shield her from Mo’s alleged harassment. The complaint will also be based on Republic Act 9262 of 2004 or the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act. The lawyer said that the protection order was not about distinguishing the truth from lies, but putting a stop to the harassment.

 GMA Network, where Rhian is a contract artist, has also indicated that it will file a separate case against the radio DJ-TV host for malicious and false imputations against the network in his video posted last Friday afternoon on YouTube.

Rhian Ramos sexcapades?

I chanced upon a blog allegedly done in 2008.  Is there any truth to this?  If true, this is really sad news. I never thought that an innocent girl like Rhian is capable of such behavior.  Why would she behave and act that way? What happened to the moral standards taught by parents to their children? Is showbiz really a crazy world? To the impressionable youth, please don't imitate wrong doing. Remember there is karma.

To all the parents out there, please screen outside influences that might leave unhealthy models in your child's mind.

Your standards automatically become theirs because they soak up whatever surrounds them.

This means parents must saturate their children with healthy models in the preschool years, when children are most impressionable, so they can be discerning about models that come along later.

By the way here is the link that I found on the net. I am not in any way connected to whoever wrote this back in 2008.  I hope this is not true.
