Blue Water Day Spa had launched an exciting promotion! The first-ever search for Blue Water Day Spa Image Models!

Attention: Mommy, Daddy, Ate, Kuya, Tita, Tito, lolo and Lola! Ninang, Ninong! Good news! Do you have a baby/ Babies aged 6 months to 4 years old? If your answer is YES, then read on!

M E C H A N I C S:

Duration of the contest will be from June 6 to August 6, 2013!
Qualifications: 6 months to 4 years old.
any citizenship as long as you are in the Philippines.
Nationwide
There will be a total of 4 winners. One baby boy and baby girl aged 6 months to 2 years old, and again another baby boy and a baby girl aged 2 years old to 4 years old.

How to Join:

Just email to marketing@bluewaterdayspa.ph the cutest, recent and creative photo of your baby with the following information:

Baby's full name
Baby's date of birth
Clear scanned copy of your baby's birth certificate ( to verify your baby's age)
Your contact number
and a brief description of your baby

Blue Water Day Spa will then upload your baby's photo on the Blue Water Day Spa Facebook page. You then have to visit the page and like and share the page for more chances of winning. Make sure your entry is complete otherwise it will not be qualified.

Note: Babies related to any Blue Water Day Spa employee/employees up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity will not be eligible to join.

Winners will be announced on their Facebook Page and twitter on August 8, 2013.

What are the prizes?

One (1) Birthday Kiddie Spa Party Package for a maximum of 28 persons at BWDS-Ortigas Spa Theatre worth P20,000.00 (Terms and Conditions apply)

Complimentary Ten (10) Baby Massage Treatments valid for one year worth P3500.00

Your baby will be featured in a BWDS Ad Campaign for Baby Massage (online, print, in-store ad collaterals) with photo shoot.

Number of likes- 25%
Creativity and Uniqueness of Photo- 25%
Management Decision- 50%
