HEALTH IS WEALTH
Many people, not only Filipinos, strive for high ideals. And almost always with a few exception wanted to be rich. Whether you admit it or not, in certain stage of your life, you don't consider wealth as your health.
- Sleep at least 8 hours a day
- Drink plenty of water (8 glasses of water is the ideal number)
- Eat leafy vegetables
- Eat fruits
- Exercise
- Take multivitamins
- Worry less
- Think positive
- Smile always
- Be contented with what you have.
- Pray

I do all those things except taking viramins:)
These tips are a awesome! I very much support number 3, which is to eat leafy veggies. :)
