HEALTH IS WEALTH

While a person is young, he uses health to create wealth. As he gets older, he uses his wealth to attain health.

Many people, not only Filipinos, strive for high ideals. And almost always with a few exception wanted to be rich.  Whether you admit it or not, in certain stage of your life, you don’t consider wealth as your health. 

This cycle is so true. So while you still can, take care of yourself and your family’s health. Here are some tips in order to ensure health:

  • Sleep at least 8 hours a day
  • Drink plenty of water (8 glasses of water is the ideal number)
  • Eat leafy vegetables 
  • Eat fruits
  • Exercise
  • Take multivitamins
  • Worry less
  • Think positive 
  • Smile always
  • Be contented with what you have.
  • Pray
