He teaches entrepreneurial behaviour at Meridian International College and mentors entrepreneurial management students at the University Of Asia and the Pacific. Even before becoming a professor of business he has already achieved a humble amount of success as an entrepreneur. He owns a franchise of Informatics in Alabang and has won numerous awards including Best Centre of the Year, Franchisee of the Year and Best Centre for Marketing. He also owns Innove Creative Entrepreneurship Training, A provider of business training for freelancers, aspiring entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs who are seeking further growth in their business.
